Our gatherings are rooted in yoga + meditation, through practice of the breath, body or its philosophies. We believe that yoga and meditation are two of the most powerful tools to create compassion and tolerance for oneself and others.

Each gathering consists of a different type of practice, an expert discussion, and a time for our community to reflect and socialize with once another.
